Translate this opinion into English.

We spent over two hours walking around Florence with Eleonora, a highly knowledgeable guide, who provided us with historical information about Florence with great professionalism. She was friendly and attentive, even with small logistical details, such as opening times and costs, and tips for accessing Florence's main attractions. I've taken several free tours and often use paid guided tours, and today I was thoroughly satisfied. Opinion translated. Show original.

Or tour with Alessandro was excellent, he was very knowledgeable and informative, he had an easy manner. If anyone had any questions he answered them well without hesitation. We covered all the main sites, many which we would probably have missed on our own, with excellent tips along the way. Thanks Civitatis

Great! A good amount of knowledge was imparted and it was clear that Alessandro had far more information than he could possibly give in the two hours allotted. Any questions were answered clearly. He was dealing with a large mixed group and it all went perfectly.

Wonderful tour, Eleonora, our guide, took us to discover the iconic places and monuments of the city. Her preparation and empathy won over all the participants, including the children. She guided us corner by corner and anecdote by anecdote through the beauties of Florence, almost making us breathe in the magnificence of the Medici. Highly recommended tour for everyone and a special thanks to Eleonora, who did not hold back on advice and suggestions that were useful during our stay. Opinion translated. Show original.

The tour is beautiful and long (2 hours and 15 minutes), covering many points of interest. However, the narrative is a bit slow and not very engaging. It focuses on too many descriptive aspects of some works, unfortunately neglecting other important historical aspects (I understand that Florence is a huge museum and we could talk about it for days). It might be helpful to share a few anecdotes or even hire a local guide, with more knowledge of Tuscan folklore, to make the experience more enjoyable and engaging.

I found the tour rather superficial, with arguments that were too general and not focused on the interiors of the structures visited from outside. Furthermore, I was with a group of friends (who had just turned 18), and to our great disappointment, we felt the guide lacked empathy. However, overall, it gave us a general idea of the city's main sights.
