Fue un poco extraña. La guía, una señora octogenaria más bien leía los carteles para poder explicarnos las cosas. Eso si, solo por escuchar sus vivencias, merecía la pena ir con ella. Pero lo que es la visita a la Basílica, un poco regular. Pagaría por una actividad tomando un café con ella

It was a bit strange. The guide, an elderly woman in her eighties, mostly just read from the signs to explain things. That said, just hearing her stories made it worthwhile. But the visit to the Basilica itself was rather mediocre. I'd pay extra for a tour that included a coffee with her.

Una falta de seriedad, anulan visita guiada y me ofren realizarla con audioguia. Se produce un retraso tremendo, tuve que esperar fila para canjear ticket y no me dieron el audioguia. El aviso de cancelacion, lo hicieron por correo, que no vi, hasta que alertado 10 minutos despues de la hora de inicio lo vi. Me podrian haber avisado por telefono. Este retraso, me hace perder otra visita que tenia programada. Solicito devolucion integra del importe, por todos los perjuicios ocasionados.
