Everything was very good about the shuttle - only small complaint is that due to the number of people milling about and waiting at Largo della Pace, there was some confusion about where to line up. The instructions said to be there 20 minutes before our scheduled time, but sign in and loading took place much earlier (not a problem for us because we gave ourselves lots of time). I feel that if someone had followed the directions exactly, they would have been late.
The Tour was Great and the tour guide was excellent. But the transportation was horrible. Our train arrived late, no one guided us to where the bus was locked, (a long walk from the train). We arrived only a few minutes late, yet the bus did not wait for us. We are foreigners, do not have Wi-Fi. everywhere. so, we cannot receive text on WhatsApp. We ended up having to buy another train ticket to be able to meet up with the tour group in Piza from Florence. Will never do this again.
Laura our tour guide was brilliant today. Made the tour very enjoyable. Me and my family loved it . Highly recommend.
