La actividad estuvo bien en el sentido de que no tuvimos que hacer cola para entrar. También es una ventaja ver de forma ordenada el museo. Sin embargo, nuestra guía, no hablaba demasiado bien el español (era una visita guiada en español). Teníamos que interpretar lo que nos iba contando.

The activity was good in that we didn't have to queue to get in. It's also an advantage to see the museum in an orderly fashion. However, our guide didn't speak Spanish very well (it was a guided tour in Spanish). We had to interpret what she was saying.

Entiendo q en 2 horas la visita no puede dar mucho de sí, pero la guía fía a las cuatro salas q todo el Mundo conoce y se entretuvo demasiado en sitios q no requerían tanta explicación histórica. Hubiese preferido q nos hiciese una visión de lo q podíamos ver con ella y una exposición de lo q podíamos ver después nosotros ubicándonos a través de planos. Cuando nos quedamos solos aprovechamos mucho más nuestras 2 horas guiándonos directamente

I understand that a two-hour visit can't cover much, but the guide focused on the four rooms everyone knows and lingered too long in places that didn't require so much historical explanation. La cita fue 9am y el horario de entrada 10:45 eso retraso todo nuestro itinerario del dia, solo confirmar que citen a la hora adecuada y que correspondan con loa boletos de entrada. Yo tuve que pagar un taxi para llegar a tiempo a la cita y entramos al museo mas de 1hr después y ya con muchísima gente en la Monalisa

La guía es buena, sabe y conoce del museo sin embargo aun su español no es tan bueno y es dificil o cuesta trabajo comunicarse con ella o que entienda, sabemos q es grande el museo pero a veces iba como muy rápido, su auriculares no le ayudan porque habla rápido y con un español que a veces se complica entender, de ahi en fuera todo bien

En general nos gustó. Estela, la guía, lo hacia bien. El pero que le tenemos que poner es tiempo en cuanto a puntualidad y duración. He tenido que llamar al teléfono que constaba en la reserva porque la guía ha llegado pasadas las 12.20 y no la veíamos por ningún lado. Al llamar, el teléfono decía que no existía ese número. La verdad nos hemos preocupado un poco. Otro aspecto que se tendría que mejorar es el volumen de la radio, hay momentos que con tanto ruido de fondo, dado el volumen de gente, apenas se oía a la guía.

I had to call the number listed on the reservation because the guide arrived after 12:20 and we couldn't find her anywhere. When we called, the number said it didn't exist.
