Explore Slovenian nature with this Dragonja Valley Hiking Tour. You'll admire fairytale landscapes full of salt lakes, waterfalls and amazing flora.
Dragonja Valley Hiking Tour
We'll pick you up at your hotel in Piran at 9 am and travel in a comfortable minibus to the Dragonja Valley, to enjoy the Slovenian nature!
Upon arrival, we'll leave the minibus and start a hiking route to explore some landscapes that will leave you speechless. The Dragonja River will be our companion, as we'll follow its course while getting to know this practically virgin ecosystem.
Did you know that the Dragonja Valley used to be full of windmills? We'll see some of its ruins, such as those of Mazurin and Kodarin, as well as admiring the salt lakes at Sečovlje and the small waterfalls in the surrounding area.
We'll stop at a local village and enjoy a meal that will be composed of traditional dishes of Slovenian cuisine. With our appetites satisfied, we'll return to the bus that will take us to Piran.
The arrival time at your hotel will be at approximately 2:30 pm.
