La visita es imprescindible pero está ciertamente muy masificada. Hay que tener mucha paciencia y resistencia a las aglomeraciones. Excelente la guía Marta, de Valencia, gran conocimiento y empatia con el grupo. Lamentablemente, no puedo decir lo mismo de Tourismotion. Me cambiaron el horario del tour. Al llegar, habían vuelto al horario original sin avisarme y no me permitieron hacerlo en el nuevo horario. Para no perder el ticket, tuve que perder otra actividad. Tenía solo 2 dias en Roma y estos cambios y la mala comunicación significaron perder tiempo y actividades ya planificadas. Mala experiencia con la organización.

Marta, our guide from Valencia, was excellent; she had great knowledge and empathy with the group. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about Tourismotion. They changed my tour time. When I arrived, they had reverted to the original schedule without notifying me and wouldn't let me participate at the new time. To avoid losing my ticket, I had to cancel another activity. La guía (Valentina) excelente, para ella un 10!!, con mucho conocimiento del recorrido y lo que íbamos viendo. Desgraciadamente las altas temperaturas (con alerta roja) y que gran parte del recorrido no estuviese climatizado (parece que están cambiando los equipos de frío del los museos) lo que ha hecho que no pudiésemos estar a gusto y disfrutar más de la visita.
