En general mal. El conductor Marcelo conduce fatal para carretera de montaña. Además te empujan a alquilar ropa adecuada cuando la que llevábamos era más que suficiente. La actividad que era traslado con acceso y actividades también mal. Había algunas cerradas y otras en un estado que hacían que no la hicieras correctamente. Además de limitado por la poca nieve. Tenían que avisar de las condiciones de la actividad para decidir si realizarla.

Overall, bad. The driver, Marcelo, drives terribly on mountain roads. They also pressured us to rent appropriate clothing when what we had was more than enough. The activity itself, which included transportation, access, and activities, was also poor. Some areas were closed, and others were in such a state that it was impossible to do them properly. Furthermore, the lack of snow limited the experience. They should have informed us about the conditions of the activity so we could decide whether to proceed.

Recomiendo asesorarse muy bien previo a realizar la actividad. En nuestro caso, se consultó a la coordinadora local acera de si en Farellones había nieve, ya que era lo que queríamos conocer y nos indicó que sí. Al llegar al lugar, los trabajadores del Parque de Farellones nos dijeron que hacía días que no caía nieve y lo que había era todo artificial. Además del gasto innecesario en la ropa térmica por mala comunicación (100 usd aprox). Para finalizar, Civitatis no se hizo responsable de nada.

I highly recommend getting thorough advice before undertaking this activity. In our case, we consulted the local coordinator about whether there was snow in Farellones, as that was what we wanted to see, and she confirmed that there was. Upon arrival, the Farellones Park staff told us that it hadn't snowed for days and that everything there was artificial. We also incurred unnecessary expenses on thermal clothing due to poor communication (approximately $100 USD). Finally, Civitatis took no responsibility for anything.

Las pasajeras estan muy disconformes ya que no les avisaron que no había nieve, y no pudieron skiar. Dicen que estudieron todo el día anterior en contacto con ustedes, y ellas les comentaron que lo que más querían hacer era skiar. No se les comunicó que no había nieve, y que imposiblitaba skiar. Si lo hubieran sabido, hubieran cancelado la excursión y hubieran optado ir a otro lugar, por ejemplo en valle nevado si hay nieve.

The passengers are very unhappy because they weren't told there was no snow, and they couldn't ski. El valor de tour es excesivo en relacion al servicio prestado, no cumplieron con la promesa de pasar por nosotros hasta el hotel y los guías encargados no ofrecieron indicaciones importantes de lo que encontraríamos en el parque. Adicionalmente, esperamos por más de 45 minutos para regresar del Parque Los Farellones porque los guías encargados no tenían control del tour y permitieron que dos personas regresaran al punto de salida después de la hora acordada.

The value of the tour is excessive in relation to the service provided, they did not fulfill the promise of picking us up to the hotel and the guides in charge did not offer important indications of what we would find in the park. Additionally, we waited for more than 45 minutes to return from Los Farellones Park because the guides in charge had no control of the tour and allowed two people to return to the departure point after the agreed upon time.

El guía desconocía que debía canjear las entradas y debimos volver a comprar. Luego del tour nos reí tegrar9n el gasto. El parque con demasiada gente colas de 3 hs y mal gestionado. Las vistas increíbles.
